What Does Civil Mediation Cost?

Our aim is to make our services accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of their financial circumstances.

Our charges will vary depending on the nature of your dispute, the time it is likely to take to resolve and its complexity.

We will discuss and agree our charges with you before we begin mediation and will provide you with a budget to work from.

The following is merely intended as a guide:

For relatively straightforward dispute with a value of less than £25,000 where the mediation lasts no more than half a day, our charge would be £300 plus vat (£360) for each party.

For a more complex dispute with a value of less than £50,000 where the mediation takes a day, our charge would be £400 plus vat (£480) for each party.

For complex cases with a value exceeding £50,000 our charge will depend on the time the mediation takes, the complexity of the case, the amount of documentation involved as well as the value of the claim.
